I led the design that repackaged Naukri's enterprise sourcing engine for small businesses, shipped on schedule, with fences that kept the enterprise business whole.

Wildlife photography and product design, the same patience and the same edit.
I studied computer science and shipped full-stack as a freelancer, then took a master's in design and grew from the craft to VP of Design. Engineering is the edge underneath, the reason I can build and ship what I draw. I lead at the strategy level, with a team, not above it.
A design that does not solve a real problem is just art. The craft is in the discipline, not the decoration.
Now: I'm looking for a senior design-leadership role building AI-era products. Alongside it, I run Studio Kunj, where I ship my own software, lead wildlife photography workshops, and mentor designers.
